Liz, I just wanted to say a big thank you for taking me under your wing these last couple months. I've struggled quite a bit with inflammation affecting my weight and energy levels, as well as IBS food triggers in the mix. Originally an elimination food plan seemed quite restrictive and overwhelming, but you helped make it easy for me, and the recipes were great as well. After several unsuccessful attempts to control my weight and habits by myself, I made the decision to contact Liz for help and support. I am happy Liz accepted to help and guide me during this journey. For me, it was necessary to have a coach like Liz to teach me about meal preparation, how I can find healthy recipes, how I can buy healthy products, etc. I have learned a lot from her. I highly recommend Liz as nutritional coach, I joined her VIP program on October 2022, because I wanted to improve my health and feel comfortable with my body again. Since I met Liz Urbina there was a lot of empathy, I realized that she is a pleasant, educated and prudent person. So I decided to talk to her about how to practice her profession as a nutritional coach.
