I started noticing the food that I am eating. I started updating my kitchen. It is so much fun working in my kitchen. I am way better productive and focused in the morning and evening. I started exploring small changes I can make to feel more nourished and refreshed🌱🌱🌱

For me it was interesting to see how you balance flavor, protein, and fiber, where before I'd just throw stuff together without thinking much about it. Great inspiration for other ingredients to try. I will now also always be keeping dates in my cupboard, they're awesome!
