Liz, I just wanted to say a big thank you for taking me under your wing these last couple months. I've struggled quite a bit with inflammation affecting my weight and energy levels, as well as IBS food triggers in the mix. Originally an elimination food plan seemed quite restrictive and overwhelming, but you helped make it easy for me, and the recipes were great as well. I feel like now there are some permanent habit changes I can easily make, and I feel like I have more energy as well. And all during a time at work that has been busy and stressful, which just goes to show you there's never a good time to start making a change, but always excuses not to try . I recommended Liz 100% without any doubt. I joined her 3 months program and all the information she shared with the group was super helpful, but I will not lie, at the beginning I felt overwhelmed thinking I cannot do this. However, she made it possible with her guidance and follow ups with the group every week to make sure we all stayed on track to achieve our goals. For me the program helped to understand the importance of spices and how to make delicious foods and still be healthy. Since, I joined the program almost 10 months ago the whole family (including my kids 8 and 11 years old) drinks her smoothies recipes every morning, and her desserts are my kids favorites.
